Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed on the same day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping – Flat rate $2.99 per order

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

  • Orders over $200 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery, depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand (e.g., holiday periods)

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If you enter the wrong address, contact us immediately at wholesale@josiekcollection.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
