Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Final sale, clearance, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at wholesale@josiekcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery at wholesale@josiekcollection.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
